# Power chart auto range for Y axis not working

I have power chart binding to the historical tag. I have set default time range for 1 hour Realtime. My Y axis value was oscillating according to the value reading in the tag.  
I set the Min and Max value and off the auto range to false, still value curve was oscillating when time changes . Can you please provide the solution for this issue.

Update:

As per my understanding, If I read the value around 3.20pm as 38(Shown below F-1)  
in X trace. Same X trace is moved i.e, time axis is moving to next minute, so at that minute we can see the value as 45 (Shown below F-2).

**Conclusion** : As X axis is moving for every minutes/sec as records values at that time in x axis at particular time.

Hope I have explained it clearly, if not kindly let me know.
