How to configure the Power chart in perspective to browse the database tables instead of tag historian tags?

Steps I followed-
1.Create a new tag history provider and map it into start path.
2.update the 'tagBrowserStartPath' of Power chart

Example
histprov:ABC:/drv:Ignition-gateway-virtual-machine:Sample\_Tags:/

What do you mean ? What tables ?
Tags with history enabled don't store historized data themselves, it's stored in a database. That's what the power chart uses.

Do you mean you want to use the power chart to display something unrelated to the historian ?

Yes. I wanted to display data from a database table (not related to tags) using power chart

Use a time series chart if you want to display time series, or an XY chart otherwise.
Powerchart was not made for this, as noted in the docs:

I personally have not messed with this, but this might be another option:

> Use the [DB Table Historian Provider](https://docs.inductiveautomation.com/display/DOC81/DB+Table+Historian+Provider) for this case.
