Hi,
I have some powercharts and each historical range selector uses AM/PM for the time.
In config timeFormat is set to HH:mm:ss so I would expect a 24hour format in the selector.

What am I missing?

No can do!

The timeFormat property only controls the range display. The Set Date Range popup is not affected and always uses 12-hour AM/PM. (I don't like it either.)

According to my favorite AI, 60% of the world uses the 24-hour clock. Yet every time we use the historical date picker in Ignition PowerChart, we get a little refresher course in AM and PM.

I can troubleshoot SCADA software, design electrical automation cabinets and commission them, but apparently selecting a time range is where things get a little complicated.

Could we please have a 24-hour option? I’m trying to figure out what went wrong at 14:00, not what 14:00 is in American. 🥲

As you might be able to tell, I'm a little annoyed after all this time, it seems like an easy fix. Hoping for improvements soon! 🙂
I understand it might be possible to implement your own date picker using startDate and endDate, mode and rangeStartDate and rangeEndDate, but that **shouldn't** be necessary.

It seems like it would be pretty easy to add a property to the power chart to use AM/PM or 24 hour clock.
