Guys I am trying to read the internal address of a Premium PLC via Modbus TCP OPC-UA. The address is SW49 (the day number) or SW53 (year). The tag diagnostics said it is good but my value is 0. Any ideas?

thanks
Hazey

I have come across this problem and don’t remember how exactly i resolved it. I think, i copied SW registers into another modbus register through the PLC program and then read that value from OPC. Try:)

Thanks I know that would work to copy to MW address but I was trying to emulate a current SCADA that is currently reading the SW address directly.

thanks
