# Problem install Demo

When trying to Install OEE Downtime and Scheduling demo, I got an error:

Internal error  
Return to home page

what log should I look on Linux to troubleshoot problem?

You’re going to want to look in the Gateway’s logs. Log into the Gateway under the Configuration section, and go to the Console. You’ll find the error logs there.
