# Problem starting the Gateway (command file not found)

Hello everyone. I am new to ignition and have downloaded the latest version for windows 10, but when I try to communicate with the gateway, it throws me this error.  
“command file not found”  
“C: Users\Emilio\AppData\Local\Temp\OEgetPriv\_install-ignition.vbs.”

What should I do?
