# Problem with menu of Ignition Designer

Goodmorning,  
all time I add a new window in Ignition designer, I have an error message and isn’t possible open menu.  
The error is:

Looks like what you might get from java8 trying to run Ignition v8+. Use the JRE (11) supplied by v8’s designer launcher.
