# Problem with OPC-DA COM Connection

Problem with OPC-DA COM Connection  
I am trying to connect Ignition with Helvar OPC Server, but without success. The status is constantly says FAULTED. Can you help me to connect?

Have you followed the [user manual section](https://docs.inductiveautomation.com/display/DOC79/OPC+COM) and the troubleshooting steps at the end?

Thanks your for quick responce

Yes but it’s still not connecting.  
If I start Helvar OPC Server on the same PC as Ignition, they connect. Although I put Remote Connection and IP of a different PC.

One more problem, when I start Ignition on “PC1” I can see Servers on “PC2” but when I start Ignition on “PC2” I can’t see Servers on “PC1”. The same programs are installed on bouth PC

I install OPC Core Components (x64) 3.00.107.msi in the gateway computer.
