Hello,
in python scripting when i have the full path of a tag e.g. '[default]10003220/device1/Kav1', i also can replace the tag provider by [~] and [.].
What is the difference between using [default], [~] or [.]?

Thank you for your answers in advance.
Best Regards
Gerald

Hello GeraldB,

The user manual page below on tagpaths provides good explanations for the difference between the three. I would suggest looking over the first two sections on that page.
