Hi my server is now under Emergency Activation Mode and the support team did help me to reset the license. Can I know should I “activate new license” now or I have to unactivate it first? For your information, I have to do it offline. Urgent, please help. Thanks. ---

If your license still shows in your gateway, just as a system mismatch, you probably just need to “refresh”, which I’ve never done offline. I would expect it to produce an offline activation request just like regular offline activation. ---

Thank you for your advise. I did un-activate the license followed by offline activation and now it has been refresh successfully.
