Hi ,

I am aware from the documents that it is not possible to read data from DB’s with optimized access enabled in Siemens PLC .In my case we do not have option to turn off optimized access due to Client OEM restrictions.

Is there any other way of reading data from these Db’s without disabling optimized access.

Please let me know.

thanks in advance

If it is a 1200 or 1500, use the built in OPC UA server. Note that a runtime licence is required.
