# Replacing the default color palette

I have created a custom color pallete to help bring consistency to screen designs. Especially when multiple people are working on a project, it is a great feature to be able to share and import the same project specific pallete so everyone is using the exact same custom colors.

The problem is that ever time I open the color picker I have to re-import the pallete. The next time i edit an object the default pallete is back. Does anyone know how to permanently replace the default pallete with a custom one?

So, it’s not really possible at present to do so. It’d be a good feature request for [ideas.inductiveautomation.com](http://ideas.inductiveautomation.com).
