What Ignition version? What OS version? What language packs are installed in the gateway? ---

ignition version : 7.9.11 OS: Windows server 2012 R2 64 bit language packs: English and Hebrew - I tried to export using both lang and the result is the same ---

Are you running Designer within the Gateway OS or on an external machine? ---

Reports execute in the gateway, so focus your efforts on making sure the languages are added there not on external (client, external designer session) machines ---

It _may_ be that the reporting engine we’re using as a backend doesn’t properly support RTL languages like Hebrew; I’m not sure anyone’s ever tested. Can you get in contact with support?
