Is there a way to independently resize templates inside a template repeater? I’ve tried to adjust the template width and height via script and although it works on the stand-alone template, it does not have any effect when the template is in the repeater.

You’ll have to use the Template Canvas component to do this - although you do lose out on the easy layout you get with the template repeater.
