Hello,

I am trying to load a gateway backup to see how things work, but it won't start. I couldn't access the local host website so I had to reinstall ignition. I can restore my own gateway. but I do not know why I can't open the one my college gave me. With what I can see I think it is a memory issue, but I am not entirely sure this is either the or only problem.

I have attached my wrapper and my igntion.conf.

Probably these:

Maybe the ignition.conf in the backup you tried to restore is allocating more memory than you have.

Is there a way to resolve this beside increasing the memory ?

Open the .gwbk file (it's just a zip), edit the ignition.conf file to ask for less memory, zip it back up, restore it.
