Anyone know if there are future plans to support Rocwell PLC Alarm Servers?

That would require that Rockwell documents and makes that information available to third parties... I wouldn't hold your breath.

Might be worth looking into whether or not one of the FactoryTalk OPC UA server products supports it, or plans to support it.
