# Roles in Security Do not Show up

Thank you all for your support. I am wondering why the roles do not show up here?

i have refresh it as manual said with no success! Has anyone encountered similar issue??

Usually when I see something with roles, I have a config issue somewhere.

I'd go over everything again, including the vision project security settings etc... just to make sure you have it all setup correctly.

Thank you for your reply! Not necessarily so! I had a problem showing the security page, I had to delete the Cache file (has nothing to do with settings and set up)

I have checked the setup, closed the designer and launched again after creating the users, refresh, all did not wirk

Well... We are going to need screen shots of everything as you have it setup. That way we can see what is going on and possibly see something.

Thank you very much for your concern and response.

I solved it as I had to manually re-enter the user roles in the security level. I thought since the Identity provider know my user role source; I did not need to re-enter the roles again in the security level.  
NB. Identity provider is added in v8.1, I reckeon1
