# S7-1200 get ping and disconnected state on Devices

Hi, I have Ignition 7.9.11 and S7-1200 PLC.  
I get pong from PLC if I send ping but on devices list I see "Disconncted" status.  
I tried to disable and enable but the same result.  
The PLC is running now.
