Selectable Filter on the SQL Tag Browser

It sure would be nice if the SQL Tag Brower had Designer selectable filtering.
ie:
Show me just the tags used by this project.
Show me just the tags in this user specified folder.

As SQL Tags tagcount gets large there needs to be someway to persistently narrow the focus.

I can agree with this. with 1000+ folders it is tough to navigate. plus the mouse scroll is broke in our release which makes it an even bigger pain in the butt.

The mouse wheel scrolling issue was fixed in 7.5.7.
