# Serial Module Download Link

I’m having a heck of a time trying to find the download for the Serial Module. It does not have a link like most of the other modules. I’m only using the trial version of Ignition. Could this be why I can’t access it? Or are there some other restrictions?

If there are no restrictions and I am able to download the Serial Module, it would be nice if there was an easier way to get to the download link.

What page are you looking at? Serial Support Client and Serial Support Gateway are both listed on the downloads page: [https://inductiveautomation.com/downloads/ignition](https://inductiveautomation.com/downloads/ignition)

The trial version of Ignition does not restrict what modules you can install in any way.

Thank you. I was clicking on the Product tab on the ribbon and going to Modules.
