# SMS Acknowledgment Issue Using Twilio

I followed the suggestions from this post [here](https://forum.inductiveautomation.com/t/twilio-a2p-10dlc-campaign-approval-requirements/98586/9)

I agree it was a pain. It was rejected my first go around. I also had to verify we were the owner of the domain we were using in on and had to work with our IT group to validate that portion.
