Good afternoon. I need to reset the computer where I have the software Ignition and I have a license. Can I put in the same computer the software, then put the code license in the gateway to active it after reset? ---

If you can still get to the gateway, I'd recommend unactivating it, then re-activating it after you reset the computer. You can still enter the license number without doing that, but it will revert to a 7-day emergency license.
