# Sound player object file not found raises error

Hi, we have an issue with an unhandled error message out of the sound player object pointing that the sound object file can not be found.  
This happens only after global scripts get published. Running ignition gateway 7.7.2.  
Like to know how to handle this to prevent the error message to popup.
