I have a sound player triggered by when a new alarm enters the alarm table. It works fine when only one viewer is open, but once 3 or 4 viewers are open - the sound player will only play on one instance of the viewer.

I’ve looked at this over and over and can’t work out the problem - any ideas?

Really appreciate any help.

There’s a fix for the sound player component in 7.9.9. Have you tried on that version?
