Hi

We have couple cases where need to store same historian on 2 different databases.
Normal SqlTags historian method would be good but is there any easy way to use 2 databases?

I don't believe you can do this currently. You get one history provider per data source but each tag has to choose the historian you want to store to. I think the only way to do this would be to have two sets of tags. Depending on how many tags you have in your system it might be easier and a better idea to look into some sort of database replication solution.

For anyone else who stumbles on this and is about to assume storing to two databases still isn’t possible, this has since been introduced: [Tag History Splitter - Ignition User Manual 8.0 - Ignition Documentation](https://docs.inductiveautomation.com/display/DOC80/Tag+History+Splitter)

Glad I didn’t stop looking 🙂
