# Store & Forward service unavailable and high mermory

Hi,  
We have purchased a set of modules for our development demand, including SQL Bridge,Tag Historian,Vision and so on. And the project has running for serval months.  
Problem: I found that Store & Forward service unavailable this morning and ![buffer](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/inductiveautomation/original/2X/a/a81eef2cbca835136ee2d07a737214573127403d.png) ![error](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/inductiveautomation/original/2X/b/b6a859a5b7dc7f1d504c91f0f9cc9302aa0fc086.png) ![highmermory](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/inductiveautomation/original/2X/7/7cdacc20859b3a01abc01adec9ec82936da42389.png) to gateway process. I operated the stop-ignition file to end the running process and then start the start-ignition file. After then, the process worked normally.  
I’m confused about that.
