system.tag.exportTags will give UDT parameters and map to the UDT definition, but it won't actually instantiate the values to show things like e.g. 'what opc paths does this UDT instance's member tag have'. I know I can read the tag values at runtime, but I'd love to just export instantiated UDTs statically where possible. Can i?

All tag exports show bindings where present, not current values, and omit default values. Sorry.

"Export tags" is meant to be able to be imported again, it's not meant as a documentation tool. Documentation is more or less what the tag report tool is for
