# System.perspective.openPopup Relative Open Location?

I'm opening a popup with a script and do not see relative location opening options in the [system function documentation](https://www.docs.inductiveautomation.com/docs/8.1/appendix/scripting-functions/system-perspective/system-perspective-openPopup) like there is in the popup action [action setting documentation](https://www.docs.inductiveautomation.com/docs/8.1/ignition-modules/perspective/working-with-perspective-components/component-events-and-actions#popup-action). Is there a way to use relative positioning when calling a popup with a script or should I submit a feature request?

I think the designer wanted to use the position property of the event to achieve this function.
