# system.tag.writeToTag

In Ignition version 7.6.6 the system.tag.writeToTag function no longer works. Tested within a gateway tag change script. The new function system.tag.write works ok.

This should be working, are you sure your tag path is correct? Are there any errors in the wrapper.log?

You’re right. Helps if you use system.tag.writeToTag rather than system.tag.writeTotag and remember to publish. Thanks
