# Tab strip - tab order

I am using the tab strip for navigation and added a tab. How do you change the order of the tabs after you create them?

Sadly this feature is currently missing.

But, on the bright side, it has been implemented for 7.2.8. Should be out today or tomorrow.

Is it possible to re-order the tabs in a Perspective tab container? I’m using v8.1.13 and haven’t found a way to do it.

With the tabs prop expanded, highlight the tab you want to move, and drag it to the new position that you want it in. Note, don’t click on the Tab Index, or the Value, just in the highlighted area.
