# Tag Bad Quality

I have connected control logix (AB) PLC with Ignition.  
I have a template created to read tags from PLC, but its giving me bad quality error.  
& if I read same tag through a script, I’m able to read data without any error.  
(See in attached Pic)

Addition to problem, I have another same kind of template, using to read a different tag from same PLC, its working fine. I’m getting all other tags without any error.

Is the tag in the PLC set to external access allowed?

Yes, that tag has external access.

Can you get a screenshot of the diagnostics page for that device? Are any modules in trial mode?

All modules are activated.
