# Tag quality problem

Hello, I can not read the value of the opc tags coming from PLC-S7 1200 . when I go to check diagnostics, the message of [null, Bad("Bad\_ConfigurationError: There is a problem with the configuration that affects the usefulness of the value." is shown and the quality is bad. now device is connected also I have already checked to make sure if in TIA portal optimized block is unchecked while security permissions are all checked(PUT/GET Access and full access). Actually in the past , I faced the similar problem but I solved it by changing the tag groups to the polled mode! but now it is not working. What should I do?

Are you connected with the S7 driver or an OPC UA connection to the server built into the PLC?

yes the device is connected with Siemens S7-1200 now.
