Good afternoon.

In Ignition 8.0.1, in the section “Config → OPC UA → Security”, in the “ **Client** ” tab, the certificate is called “Ignition OPC UA **Server** ”. In the “ **Server** ” tab, the certificate is called “Ignition OPC UA **Client** ”.
This is confusing.

When viewing the “Client” tab, you’re viewing the certificates _trusted by the client_.

When viewing the “Server” tab, you’re viewing the certificates _trusted by the server_.

This page is not a replacement for the 7.9 page in your second screenshot, it’s for managing the trust list of the client and server.

A more equivalent page for simply viewing the certs, regenerating, downloading, exporting a CSR and importing the response will come later.
