# Time out waiting for new VM

Hello, I’m having an issue when im trying to open the mobile client. I follow the configurations mentioned in [Mobile Client Settings - Ignition User Manual 7.9 - Ignition Documentation](https://docs.inductiveautomation.com/display/DOC79/Mobile+Client+Settings) but I’m having the same issue

I don’t know why is this happening… i had been reading others post but i didn’t find a solution for my problem… can anyone help me with this please?
