# Toast Notification Implementation in Ignition Perspective

Hi everyone,

I am working on Ignition Perspective v8.1.x and looking for any references, examples or documentation related to Toast Notifications.

Specifically I am looking for:

1. Any example projects using the Toast Notification exchange module
2. How to trigger toast notifications automatically from a Gateway Timer Script

Any help or links would be greatly appreciated!

Import this and have a look.

There is some documentation within the toaster view, make sure you read it.

You can add the toaster to any view you want toast on. We add it to our header so it's always available on every page, It's easier to maintain.

Our Embr Periscope module also contains a toast implementation. An example view is available in this announcement post:
