# Too Many SyncManager Requests

Hi there

Over the night sometime, our Ignition gateway started filling it’s logs with SyncManager requests  
Example, many in one second:

| SyncManager | 03Aug2022 08:37:20 | Provider ‘tagstore-DTRRIP’ requested sync. Sync enabled = true |
| --- | --- | --- |
| SyncManager | 03Aug2022 08:37:20 | Provider ‘tagstore-DTRRIP’ requested sync. Sync enabled = true |
| DiskSyncManager | 03Aug2022 08:37:20 | Executing disk flush of sync tasks. |
| SyncManager | 03Aug2022 08:37:20 | Provider ‘tagstore-DTRRIP’ requested sync. Sync enabled = true |
| SyncManager | 03Aug2022 08:37:20 | Provider ‘tagstore-DTRRIP’ requested sync. Sync enabled = true |
| SyncManager | 03Aug2022 08:37:20 | Provider ‘tagstore-DTRRIP’ requested sync. Sync enabled = true |
| SyncManager | 03Aug2022 08:37:20 | Provider ‘tagstore-DTRRIP’ requested sync. Sync enabled = true |
| SyncManager | 03Aug2022 08:37:20 | Task ‘syncRequest’ has been scheduled for execution |

Our performance is ok but we are concerned and only solution is to disable SyncManager logging currently

Any pointers to what could cause this?

You should contact [Support](https://support.inductiveautomation.com). Depending on your version, this could be a fixed bug or a new problem; support would be able to help determine that.
