Hello! I'm working on a remote designer, and the touch screen keyboard keeps popping up. I've looked in every setting in the designer, but I can't see how to turn it off. I don't think it's a windows thing, because it doesn't come up in any other program or when I'm working in the gateway. I know I've turned it off before...but I can't seem to remember how. It's not urgent, and it's just annoying versus any sort of big issue. Can you check if you have "Emulate Touchscreen" enabled? I actually only have "Reset Panels", "Panels", and "Toolbars" under the View menu. ---

Do you have the Vision module installed? Edit: Actually, I think you might just be in a Workspace that only shows those options. ---

What are you clicking on when the keyboard pops up? Ah, I see. I apologize, I didn't give enough information. That box isn't checked, but I'm also not working in Vision, I'm working with the Transaction groups and in Perspective. ---

Enabling Emulate Touchscreen in my Designer and bringing up the keyboard, I realized it's not the same keyboard you have. What you're seeing is the Windows 10 touch keyboard. I can't seem to get it to show up no matter what settings I have but I don't have a touchscreen to test it on. This post here has some steps to disable the touch keyboard. It should be a simple toggle in typing settings. That link helped! I got it, thank you! It was in the "Tablet" settings within the "Settings" menu.
