# Transaction Group Error Clear/Reset Status

My SQL Server went to read-only due to log file issues, resulting in most of my transaction groups going to status 'Errored'.

After correcting the issue I was able to resend everything from quarantine and data collection resumed as expected, however the status did not change. I paused execution within the Designer to set status 'Unknown' and on next trigger the groups returned to 'Errored'. Data was captured and nothing showed in the logs.

I stopped and then restarted the groups, status went from 'Unknown' to 'Running' - is this required to clear errored transaction groups?
