I had a transaction group get faulted and lost a few parts before someone caught it.

This wasn't from a handshake issue, it was a format issue so I didn't see a failed handshake just a error forwarding data message.

My question is, is there a way to get feedback from a transaction group so that I can add alarming when errored?

Hi boster281,

One way you might get feedback from a transaction group is to check the "Write handshake on failure" on the transaction group and have it write to a memory tag that has an alarm configured on it. If this doesn't work, can you explain more of the format issue that you have?

The issue I had was I had the same tag in twice writing to the same DB field. Which of course fails, but I am wondering if there is a way to alarm off that error/failure.
