# Translation Manager Search function disables the save button

When using the translation manager you have a search/filter field on the top.  
If i search for a translation key, and then add a translation for the item you searched for. The save button doesnt work. It just minimizes the key again.  
If you scroll down to they key without searching, and then add a translation, the save button works.

Have you experienced the same, or is it something strange on my side?

This is a bug that was actually just fixed; the fix will go live in 8.1.19.

Nice, thanks for the insight! This has been bugging me since I started using ignition a few months ago 🙂
