Hello there.
I am managing a simple system that is supposed to send SMS to the operator when specific alarms are triggered.
I have successfully installed the Twilio module, I have a twilio account etc..
the problem I am having is pass the Twilio campaign acceptance. I tried to describe as best as I could the scope of the campaign and set some sample alert txt that will be going out... but still i cant pass the A2P 10DLC Campaign Approval Requirements... I was wondering if anyone had the same issue and how did u fix it !

I've done this a couple times with clients and never had any issues. All have been Low Volume Mixed.

Here's some screenshots of one the campaign's information (with minor redactions):

Just normal full ones.
We always get an area code that matches the plant, + the right caller ID location if possible.

Hey i know this was a couple months ago. But I just tried doing this with the same prompt that you did and got rejected. with this error "The campaign submission has been reviewed and rejected due to issues verifying the Call to Action (CTA) provided for the campaign.
Learn more
"
have you ever gotten this or has anyone gotten around this issue

Nope. I end up canceling the account. It’s almost ridiculous that whoever reviews these applications at twiilio doesn’t understand the scope…. They see this from marketing point of view and avoids soliciting txt messages… for them it’s not possible that a system can send txt as alarms!!!
If u find a way around.. pls.
Another frustrating issue was that u can’t get to talk to anyone in customer server to explain

After many rejections, I finally figured out a way to get verified without having to write more code to opt-in/opt-out. See attached pictures. My Campaign Use Case is Low Volume Mixed but I don't know how much effect that has on it. The scrubbed link is a Dropbox link to the consent form attached here. Make sure that you copy a link from Dropbox or wherever that says "anyone with the link can access" or similar. I had a couple people test the link just to make sure I wouldn't get rejected just for that. I imagine that the [insert company phone number] could be an email address instead, but I didn't think of that until afterwards. I hope this helps!

I know I'm replying to an old link, but curious if anyone has gotten a A2P campaign approval from Twilio lately. They don't seem to interested in helping getting an approval for a low volumn alarming system used by a very limited number of people.
Thoughts on alternatives besides the Sierra Wireless Airlinks?

TIA,
Bryan

It's not any help, but one of my coworkers has tried approval for another system and has had trouble as well. It seems like things have gotten a lot more strict since I did mine.

Yep

> **Here’s an example of a paper form message flow:**
>
> An in-store visitor completes a physical form that collects their phone number and their consent to subscribe to your texting campaign.
>
> **Note:** Host a screen shot of the paper form on a publicly accessible website (like OneDrive or Google Drive) and provide the URL in the Message Flow Field.

Has anyone had success recently with a Twilio campaign?

Seems the requirements are becoming even more strict. Now you need to publish a privacy policy and terms and conditions statements. We generated those and published them, and wrote an application stating that this was an alarm system for critical government infrastructure (water and wastewater). Users must receive these messages as a condition of employment so there is no opt-in / opt-out process.

We passed the automated pre-check but then received a rejection stating "Message Flow or Call to Action does not give reviewers enough information to verify how end users consent to receive messages."

We submitted a support ticket that has been sitting unanswered for the better part of a week.

Anyone out there have a solution?

Tell them that all the users opt-in by requesting access thru their supervisor. We use Twilio for the same kind of thing.
