# Two Ignition Projects on Same gateway with different timezones?

Project 1 and Project 2 Timezones screenshot of using system.date.getTimezone() from the script console:

Both projects have the Perspective timezone set as “Gateway Timezone”

I’m missing something here, please help.

What are the values for each project under Vision \> General?

Ah, one is using Client, the other gateway. Strange how the script console decided to use the vision setting.

Not strange. The designer script console scope is closest to Vision scope, as it executes locally.
