Hi,
We have an HMI with Ignition Edge on a private network (198.168.x.y) connected to the NAT Router with a translated public IP (10.208.x.y). I'm trying to access the edge gateway remotely using default port 8088 but I'm unable to. However, I can ping the HMI's public IP address (10.208.x.y).

Any thoughts on what's preventing me to access the edge gateway?

Stratix firewall, perhaps?

I've looked through the manual and don't see anything on firewall configurations. How does the Stratix 5700 need to be configured to allow this? Has anyone worked with Stratix NAT Router in this context?

Not sure. But also check that the Edge system's network gateway (route) points at the stratix.
