# Unable to import SVG - Mouse pointer shows circle with strikethrough - Perspective 8.1

Hi all,  
Been trying to drag svgs to perspective designer window, but it appears the mouse pointer with a strikethrough. Deleted Java and installed the new version 341 update java. but no luck so far!

What OS and Ignition version are you using? What are you trying to drop it on?

I had no problem dragging that onto a new View. You might need to give support a call and work with them.

Running on Windows 10 and version 8.1.18. Could be something to do with group policies! Having trouble opening the demo project as well.
