# Unable to read response from the Gateway

Hi Everyone,

Good day!  
I’m using ignition7.9 version and i’m getting this error “com.inductiveautomation.ignition.client.gateway\_interface.GatewayException: Unable to read response from the Gateway.”

I just want to ask any idea about this issue and how to fix it?
