# Unresolved reference: moduleDependencySpecs

Trying to generate a new module with the Gradle build system and ignition-module-tools. But in the build.gradle.kts it gives this error on a completely unmodified generated module in the IDE and when trying to build.

Not sure where to go from here, not very familiar with gradle

The `moduleDependencySpecs` resolve exception should be [fixed now in `0.4.0`](https://forum.inductiveautomation.com/t/io-ia-sdk-modl-gradle-plugin-and-module-generator-releases/95376). I tested this locally after syncing up all the version references between the `generator` and `gradle-module-plugin` halves of the monorepo.
