Pulse shadow to draw attention to an element while the style is active.

```python
.psc-pulse-shadow{
	animation: pulse-shadow .5s infinite;
}
@keyframes pulse-shadow {
  0% {
    	box-shadow: 0px 0px 5px 0px rgba(255,255,255,0.2);
  }
  100% {
