Hi to all,
I have a user that is in a different location from the Ignition Server and he wants to use an Ignition Client through a VPN.
In his PC, I connect to Ignition Gateway, download the Vision Client Launcher, but when I try to download, I get a timeout by the attempting connection (I attached an image "attempting\_connection").

Looking through the Shark file, with IT, it seems that the gateway is resetting the connection (I attached a second image "shark\_diagnosis").

The Gateway Network Configuration is by default. Do I have to change something or is an IT trouble?

Regards

I could be wrong, but the gateway itself would probably not do that. It's probably firewall related with the way your IT has the PC/server setup hosting the gateway.

Looks like an IT problem to me.
