# Using Local Audio Files in Ignition Edge Perspective Without Internet Access

Hi! I am working with Ignition Edge and would like to know the recommended way to load and use an audio file in a Perspective view without requiring internet access. Specifically, I want to use my local file system to host the audio file. Additionally, which audio file extensions are supported by Perspective (e.g., mp3, wav, etc.)?

Add WebDev to Edge. (No extra $$ now-a-days, it seems.)
