How can I allow users to change their own passwords? When attempting to do so from the user management component, while logged in, I get the following error:

```auto
You are not authorized to modify the Gateway system user source.
I have found that the setting has been moved. Instead of under Config\>Gateway Settings it’s under Config\>Secruity\>General (Allow User Admin)
